Terms and Conditions

Welcome to biddmy.shop! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the Program as merchants ("we," "us," or "Merchant") and affiliates ("you," or "Affiliate") who refer customers to Merchant's products or services.

By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to use the Program in accordance with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration for the Affiliate Program. If your registration for the Affiliate Program is rejected, you will not be able to bring any legal action against us.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate affiliate links for specific products or collections. If someone clicks on someone else's referral link and then clicks on your link, your link will be valid.

Affiliates will receive a coupon code, the details of which and how to use it will be clearly displayed in your dashboard. If a customer clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon code at the same time, you will not receive double commissions. You may not promote coupons for other brands.

Affiliates may advertise our website online on channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, or offline in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payments

For any customer you refer to purchase on our website, you will receive a commission calculated according to our commission structure. The commission amount is based on the order value and does not include additional fees such as taxes and shipping.

In order for affiliates to receive commissions, you must specify your payment details in "Settings." The payment schedule will be provided on the "Affiliate Guidelines" page.

Payments will only be made for successfully completed transactions. Use of the affiliate program is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which grants merchants the right to review each referred order. Your commission status will be displayed in the "Commissions" tab, and all paid commissions will be listed in the "Payments" tab. Transactions that result in refunds or chargebacks will not be paid.

4. Marketing Tools

We may share promotional media, such as banners, logos, or promotional information for specific series, with you through the "Marketing Tools" tab. You are not required to use these media, but if you choose, they will remain on your social media platforms. You can download these media and share them on your social media channels.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to track people who click on your links, so they must use cookies in order for us to track them.

If someone does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them, and therefore cannot pay out revenue based on their activity.

We allow affiliate cookies to expire for 30 days. Tracking begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses a coupon. During the cookie's validity period, every order from that customer on the merchant's website will automatically generate a commission for the affiliate (without the customer clicking on the affiliate link).

7. Removal from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to withdraw from the affiliate program, they can contact: Support@biddmy.shop
