When merchants use the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account, such as email, first name, last name, and store information (store domain, store currency, store address, etc.). We collect this information to provide our services to you; for example, to confirm your identity, to contact you, to provide customer support when you contact us, and to provide you with advertising and marketing campaigns.

Information Collected from Affiliates

When an affiliate registers to join a program, we collect certain information to share with the merchant, such as email, personal information, payment details, and social network information. This information helps the merchant assess the affiliate's background and potential, process specific activities within the app, and contact the affiliate when needed.

Information Collected from Customers When Visiting Merchant Websites

To track referral orders, when a customer visits a merchant's website and makes a purchase, the Biddmy system collects order information, such as order total, order items, and order ID.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interact with directly – we act as a processor on their behalf and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
