We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already have and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and credit your refund.
