Order processing time is separate from delivery time. Please refer to the banner at the top of our website for the latest processing times. If the banner says "Current processing time: 2-3 business days," your order will ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order ships.
Please carefully check your address before submitting your order. The shipping address entered by the customer during checkout is automatically printed on the label; therefore, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Shipping to the United States
We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders over $45!
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and strive to keep international shipping costs reasonable.
Shipping costs for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which will be incurred upon arrival in your destination country. Biddmy is not responsible for any such charges; they are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it will be handled by the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.). If your package is lost, please file a claim with the courier.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@biddmy.shop with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

If your order is damaged in any way, please email Support@biddmy.shop as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We handle this on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
